Recipe for Natural Gluten-Free Chocolate Without Additives
Recipe for Natural Gluten-Free Chocolate Without Additives Ingredients:
1/2 cup of natural cocoa powder (ensure it is 100% cocoa without additives)
1/2 cup of extra-virgin odorless coconut oil
1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup (for sweetness, adjust to taste)
A small amount of vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of sea salt (optional, to enhance the flavor)
Instructions: In a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave, heat the coconut oil until it completely melts. Gradually add the cocoa powder and honey (or maple syrup) to the melted coconut oil while constantly stirring. Continue to heat and stir the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency. If desired, add a bit of vanilla extract for flavor and a pinch of sea salt to enhance the taste. Pour the prepared mixture into a chocolate mold or ice cube tray. You can also use parchment paper at the bottom of the mold for easy chocolate removal. Place the mold in the freezer for a few hours (or at least 30-60 minutes) until the chocolate solidifies. Once the chocolate is completely solid, remove it from the mold and break it into pieces. Enjoy! Now you have natural gluten-free chocolate without additives. Store it in the refrigerator or another cool place. This recipe allows you to savor delicious chocolate full of antioxidants and free from unnecessary ingredients. You can experiment by adding nuts, dried fruits, or other ingredients of your choice to add variety to your chocolate.
