METHODS OF PAYMENT

Credit Card Payment When placing an order, you can securely pay with your bank card through your bank's system using the following payment cards: VISA, MASTER CARD. Internet Banking Payment is also available.

Bank Transfer Payment When placing an order, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. Payment by non-cash settlement is made through any bank. Individuals should specify the order number when transferring funds. Managers of our customer service will contact legal entities to issue an invoice.

The goods are considered paid upon receipt of funds into the internet store's bank account. The ordered goods are reserved in the warehouse until the funds are received. If payment has been made for goods, but the purchase did not take place (due to the absence of goods or other contractually agreed reasons), the amount paid will be refunded to the buyer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.

Delivery by Venipak courier throughout Latvia - 5.00 EUR

Delivery via OMNIVA parcel machines throughout Latvia -  3,50 EUR

Delivery by OMNIVA courier throughout Latvia - 5.00 EUR

When the product is delivered by courier or through a parcel machine, please check the condition and quantity of the product yourself.

Before receiving the product and signing the waybill, please visually inspect the external packaging of the product.

To receive the product through a parcel machine, you will need a unique shipment code. When the product is delivered by a courier, they will provide you with the exact delivery time by calling on the day of delivery.

To receive the product, please present an identity document and the unique order number specified in the invoice.

Delivery in Latvia takes place within 2 to 5 working days.
