Our crispy, low-protein biscuits are
aimed primarily at people who struggle
with diseases in which metabolism is
disturbed, e.g. phenylketonuria. We
have created a recipe thanks to which
the cookies are delicate and at the
same time incredibly tasty. They are
perfect as a quick, sweet snack. On all
our low protein products you will find
the PKU mark, thanks to which you can
easily recognize low protein products.
All our low protein products are also
gluten free. Ingredients: margarine
[vegetable oils and fats (rapeseed oil,
fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil), water,
emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of
fatty acids, esters of fatty acids and
polyglycerol; salt, acidity regulator: citric
acid, aroma], corn starch, sugar, gluten-
free wheat starch, potato starch,
glucose syrup, raising agent:
ammonium carbonates, egg yolk,
aroma. The product may contain: milk,
soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame.
